Challenge: Expand e-commerce penetration into untapped Tier 2 markets in India, leveraging a scalable and impactful solution.


Our Approach: We developed a unique, community-based model utilizing local micro-entrepreneurs and influencers as last-mile sales and fulfillment agents, supported by the retailer's established store network. This included a comprehensive training program and a prepaid wallet system.


Results: The program generated over 100,000 agent registrations, creating a profitable business model and significantly expanding the retailer's customer base in Tier 2 markets.
