Introduction:In 2017, a garment manufacturer sought to launch a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand that offered fully customizable and sustainable fashion products, leveraging emerging trends in the digital space.


Key Insight:There is a growing demand for sustainable and fully customizable fashion labels. Consumers are increasingly seeking brands that align with their values and offer personalization options in their purchases.


Action Plan:We guided the client through strategic workouts and ethnographic research aimed at designing a streamlined user experience (UX) process flow for the new fashion brand. This development included creating a comprehensive brand positioning and go-to-market strategy.


Impact:The brand “Quancious” successfully emerged as a compelling water-positive fashion label. With a robust UX flow allowing customers to design and customize their garments, the brand captured meaningful stakeholder engagement while promoting responsible consumption in the fashion industry.
