How a tailored Consumption Panchang boosted sales by 23% and transformed inventory management for a leading Indian retailer.

Challenge: A prominent Indian retailer sought to boost topline performance through optimized food product stocking and enhanced customer experience.


Our Approach: We developed a data-driven, community-specific consumption calendar ("Consumption Panchang"), aligning inventory with local festivals. This resulted in the identification of over 60,000 new seasonal SKUs for 130 communities.


Results: We delivered a 23% increase in overall revenue, with select product categories showing growth up to 40%. Simultaneously, we achieved significant improvements in Net Promoter Scores and brand recognition.
